Welcome to The Manet Atelier! In these workshops you will learn the fundamentals of making art the way it was taught for centuries with hard skills in drawing and painting. In my drawing classes you will learn about proportions, use of light to dark contrast, soft and hard edges and other important skills for life like drawing. In my painting classes we will be using oil paint and you will learn what makes oil paint famously known as the most versatile painting medium artists have been using for hundreds of years to create all kinds of incredible paintings. All the set up and materials are included, all you have to do is show up with an open eye and a curious mind!

Its 185$ for the weekend class and includes all you will need, PLUS this class will KEEP three high quality Canadian made brushes that are included. We will set up still life models and learn what makes a good still life painting and how to use light and form to really capture what we see.
HOW MUCH: Its 185.00 for 3 nights 6:30-9:00 pm and includes all you will need (brushes, panels, paints, easel etc). You will be keeping the brushes!
